Push buttons, key-switches and the newly introduced panic device alarm are basic exit devices in the access control and security industry. They are usually installed inside and when pressed, will release the electric lock hence allowing a person to exit through. A key-switch offers a higher level of security and a panic device alarm is normally installed in an emergency exit.
Vanguard offers push buttons in stainless steel or aluminum face plate ( wide or narrow )with one or two buttons. Key-switch comes in aluminum face plate ( wide or narrow ), while the panic device alarm is offered as an add-on module to certain models of push-bars.
