During the past 2 weeks, there are several fallacious rumors that Vanguard Security Engi. Corp. has (1) merged with another company by swapping shares (2) acquired shares in another company (3) sold part of its shares to another company, spreading in the global access control industry. We would like to deny the above allegations and strongly denounce those persons or parties who started the above smearing campaign fueled by a hidden agenda to deceive the industry and in the hope of making tangible or intangible gains. We hereby appeal to our peers to remain vigilant and pay no heed to such lowly tactics. Vanguard also reserves the right to prosecute any person or party who helps in disseminating the above false allegations.
Any need for clarification to the above matter can be addressed to vgse.corp@msa.hinet.net. Vanguard will provide complete answers and services to dispute these allegations and welcome any proof to the contrary, and work together to fight these illegal issues and strive for a healthy and competitive environment.
