The VGSE logo and trademark are the sole property of Vanguard Security Engi. Corp., a Taiwan registered company located at 3, Lane 32, Kao Ching Rd., Yang Mei, Taoyuan, Taiwan. Vanguard has not authorised any company or person to manufacture any of its products under this name brand. Certain companies have resorted to shameful copying of our products to sell to the access the security market for personal gains. This is an infringement on our intellectual property and has caused serious damage to our brand image and we will keep legal prosecution as an option to demand redress. We hereby demand that any person or company that is involved in this operation cease this activity immediately.
Any need for clarification to the above matter can be addressed to vgse.corp@msa.hinet.net. Vanguard will provide complete answers and services to dispute these allegations and welcome any proof to the contrary, and work together to fight these illegal issues and strive for a healthy and competitive environment.
