NOTICE OF CLARIFICATION
VANGUARD was established 17 years ago, and for sustainable development, it has always been our motto to be a faithful and reliable servant to all clients in this particular industry. With this spirit, Vanguard has grown steadily to become a key player in this market. During all these years we have been slandered and vilified, but in the end, truth has always prevailed to highlight our integrity.
It has been brought to our attention, that unfounded rumors, announcing the sales of VANGUARD SECURITY ENGINEERING CORP. ( aka VANGUARD ) and its other investment companies to a 3rd party, is being released to the security industry at large.
These new rumors follow the same malicious tactics of some unidentified unscrupulous individuals, who want to deceive and bring chaos to this industry, and who whish to get some leverage out of it. As wiser never spread the rumors, we strongly denounce these shameful tactics and claim to cease the malicious illegal tactics. We sincerely hope this notice will help put an end to these rumors, and hope that those persons who hear about those rumors send this notice to those, who are spreading these rumors. If, despite this notice, these rumors are still being spread, VANGUARD will reserve the rights to legal action against these individuals who keep on spreading these rumors.
For justice sake and to stop the malicious tactics being popularly applied to injure more of the security industry, it¡¦s earnestly requested to search for necessary evidences to identify the rumormonger, so we can ask for legal action against these individuals who keep on spreading these rumors. We also hope that this positively action will help restore all the harm, damages and hurry-scurry suffered and bring back order to the security industry. Those who provide the evidences will then be duly honored.
